All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged or receive store credit
Any regularly priced, chlorine free, non sun damaged, unwashed, unworn, and unused swimsuits will happily be accepted for an exchange or store credit only within (15) days of original purchase date.
Customer must first contact Sweet Paradise Club within (7) days of receiving merchandise at email@example.com. Please provide in the email; customer name and order number. We will respond to your email within (24) hours.
The merchandise must be accompanied by original receipt, a complete exchange form, original hygenic liners in place, and original hang tags must still be attached
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We strongly recommend obtaining tracking or delivery confirmation from your postmaster. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected packages
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be given a store credit promo code to use at any time OR the merchandise you would like in exchange if all the above is compliant. However, there is no guarantee we will have your desired exchange piece in the desired size or color, but you can use the credit promo code to purchase any new size/style/color you desire that's in stock. Your store credit will never expire.
